  In a bind I went to this library to quickly print two pages. After printing I was unsure of where to pick up my papers and went to the front desk. The woman at the desk was EXTREMELY rude and nasty to me. Instead of simply walking over to where she placed the papers she repeatedly barked "right there!" And pointed. To me it looked like she was pointing at a large printer. I walked over and she again barked "right here! Right in front of you!" When I looked down I didn't recognize my papers because there was a sheet on top. "Right there!!" She barked again. As I left I couldn't help but ask why she had to be so nasty. Her reply was "I wasn't, I was just showing you where they were." Well if you were "showing" me you would have moved from the spot you
  were standing and actually showed me. For people like me who don't frequent the library we aren't exactly sure of the procedures. I would hope that this woman would treat people with more respect in the future! Especially considering how much we tax dollars we pay to keep that library open!
